Participant Waiver and Release of Liability

You understand and agree that Epicurean Adventure Tours (EAT) is not responsible for the foods or beverages consumed on its Tours. EAT acts solely as an agent in arranging tours, transportation, venue visits and other services and does not assume liability for accidents, delays, injuries, loss or damage due to any act or default of any company, organization or person engaged in transporting passengers, rendering service, or carrying out arrangements for any tour or by the act of default of any restaurant or shop or its employees. Assumption of risk: I fully comprehend and accept all of the risks associated with my participation in the Tours including, without limitation, injury or death resulting from exposure to unfavorable weather conditions, food sickness, allergic reactions, choking, and injuries arising from self-inflicted accidents or mishaps, other participants, motor vehicles, and pedestrians. I understand that the Tours take place in public venues under conditions largely beyond Company’s control. All participants walk at their own risk and waive any liability claims against EAT, its owner, employees, and tour guides.

Release of Liability:

Limitation of Damages. I hereby forever and unconditionally release EAT and its affiliated entities, parent companies, subsidiaries, present and former employees, owners, officers, members, managers, partners, contractors, insurers, shareholders, and directors (collectively “Released Entities”), from any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including, without limitation, attorney’s fees) for death, injury, loss or damage of property, (collectively “Claims”) in any way arising out of my participation in the Tours, including, without limitation, any and all Claims resulting from the negligence of the Released Entities Promotional Release: You agree to grant EAT a worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid up license to use your photographic, video, or digital likeness solely for our promotional and/or commercial purposes

Alcohol Waiver:

As a participant on a tour that involves consumption of alcohol, you affirm that you are over the legal drinking age of 19. You fully and clearly understand that you will be consuming alcohol during the tour and you accept full responsibility for your behavior, well being, and health throughout the tour. You agree to hold neither EAT nor the hosting brewery/restaurant or facility liable in any way should any harm come to you.

Tour itineraries and specific food & beverages listed are subject to change. EAT is not responsible for such changes. By purchasing the ticket(s), you affirm that you have fully understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions, Waiver and Release of Liability.
